All documents merge  seamlessly from the true one-time data entry that Landtech is famous for, and include many automated features to reduce time. As an example, only one commitment form is needed to service refinances, cash sales and sales with loans for individuals and corporate entities alike. Several other Landtech products are here, too, including endorsement calculations updated for the 2006 ALTA form series, current County recording calculation files with the names and addresses of all County Clerks and title Endorsement calculators updated for the new 2006 series endorsements. This site should be used for new documents and Landtech products, existing document updates and replacement documents as often as you like,  through an annual subscription. New purchasers of the Landtech Real Estate Settlement System are given a full set of all available merge documents in Microsoft Word format and also in Landtech Document Editor (LDE) format as part of their purchase. As the existing documents change and improve, and new documents appear, they will be available on this site to be downloaded by Subscribers.

We have divided the Word templates into categories such as Sales Docs, Refinance, Miscellaneous, Corp Buyer, Corp Seller, Mobile Homes, Veterans' Administration, FHA and Fannie Mae in the Conveyance Forms area, and a category for each title insurance underwriter in the Title Forms section. On this site, the title forms are presented individually. Please contact us if you would like a complete set for any underwriter.

LDE Documents are in two categories for now, general forms and title forms, including Chicago Title and Old Republic Title forms, but will be divided in the same way as the Word templates when they are all on the site.
